Christmas Dresses

Instead of going big and fluffy we got sweater dresses for Christmas this year Kadence likes her because she can wear her boots and I like Breklyns because she has leggings with fake socks and doesn't have to wear any shoes!

~6 Months~

At her 6 month check up she weighed 15.5 lbs and was 26 inches tall! 35% for her weight and 77% for her height! She is a tiny little thing and finally decided she likes baby food the day of her check up. She now she is growing and gaining so much more and loves food except peas and carrots and bananas! She is starting to be like her sister and not like things unless they are mixed! She loves playing in her jumper and with her toys but doesn't like you to leave her alone at all! She has mastered sitting up. She still doesn't have any teeth and she is wearing size 2 diapers. She likes mom best but is really good with any one if she is not tired. We love you baby girl!

Thanksgiving

This year we had a low key relaxing day! We stuffed our selves with my dad, Heather and a few others! We pretty much just hung out at my dads, ate and watched some TV! Sometimes its is nice to not have a ton to do. We took a ride that evening  and watched a beautiful sen set! I was horrible at taking pictures so this is all I have!

The Reason for the Season

For the first time ever we were able to make it to the live Nativity at Tuacahn. It was so fun and Kadence loved it. We went to the temple and listened to the nativity there and looked at the lights and went through the visitors center. It is all ways better when you make things fun!

Visiting Santa Clause

It went like I planned! Kadence was not having any part of sitting on Santas lap but loves seeing him and getting a balloon and Breklyn cared less! 

~5 Months~

Breklyn is learning and growing so much! She is very good with other people and loves her daddy! She prefers to sleep in her bed or swing but not a fan of someone holing her unless she has to! If someone does it usually daddy that has to hold her. She still cant set up, but she is getting closer! She still doesn't like rice cereal or baby food, but we still try!

Potty Training...

So I wasn't going to even attempt to potty train miss Kadence till Christmas when I knew I was going to be home. But For some crazy reason on Halloween we decided to do it! She did so good and had not had to wear a diaper again. She still wears her pull up at night because I was not the mom that was going to get up in the night to take her to the bathroom and until we started the process she had a over full diaper every night! But now she wakes up dry almost every night so soon there will be no more at all!
