~4 Weeks - 1 Month~

Little sister is getting big! They change so fast when they are little it's crazy! Much to my dismay she still does not have a good sleep schedule. She sleeps most the night we try to get her asleep by 11, which doesn't all ways happen because she is a stinker, but then she is up at 6 to eat and will then go back down till ten. I only have a few more weeks till I go back to work so either we are going to have to switch things up or she is going to have to start sleeping longer! We love her so much. And since I am late posting... We got our first real smile on July 20th at 5 weeks and 3 days old! She is also liking baths a lot more and doesn't mind lotion to bad but it is not her favorite!

 

 

Independence Day!

What a nice relaxing day! We had a slow morning and then finally went to St. George to have some lunch. We went to the Habit, where we met Ron, Trina, and Riley. After lunch we went to Mauri's  to go swimming because Kadence had been begging to go there! We all swam for about 3 hours and some how got lucky enough to have the pool to our selves. After swimming we went to Dana's for dinner and did a few fireworks! Kadence loved the fireworks and could have watched them all night! We also did a few of our own fire works when we got home! I am so grateful for the independence and freedom we have, Happy 4th everyone!

 

3 Weeks!

I don't know what our deal is but we still don't have a great routine! We are getting the feeding on a regular schedule but other than that we have nothing! Breklyn does so much better at just relaxing and not being held or crying when her sister is asleep or gone! Hopefully we will get better with that because we are all stuck with each other! She sleeps most night from about 11:00-11:30 till 6 so not to horrible!

Best Friends!

Jake and Kadence are to pees in a pod. They irritate each other and have to be together all at the same time! Jake and Kortney stayed here after the wedding while their parents went to Texas. Jake packed his swimming suit in hopes he could go swimming with Kadence! Thank goodness it was a pretty nice day they swam and played in the sprinkler for ever! I am so glad they are such good friends, even if they are 6 years apart! 

 

One Last Swim!

I decided to be a nice mom and let Kadence to swimming one last time at Heathers after we got done with Makinzies luncheon! She was all moved out but she still had the keys till the end of the month! Cameron took Kadence swimming since I couldn't yet and they were in heaven in the pool all by them selves, she is becoming a very independent swimmer and it is so fun to watch her! 

 

2 Weeks!

In no way is Breklyn like her sister! She all ways wants to be held, she is not content to just chill on the floor, she wants to be held to go to sleep, she won't just eat, burp, eat, burp and sleep or chill! She has to eat, maybe burp, sleep for ten minutes then she needs to eat again! Even though she is a needy child we still love her!

Makenzie and Paul Sliffe!

Their special day has come! They sealed the deal on the 27th! It was a fun filled day, we went to the temple that morning, lunch with the whole crew then the reception that night! It was a wonderful day for two wonderful people and we are so dang happy for them and their new adventure together!
